"We like Sling Broadband’s feature set it meets our needs and we aren’t paying for special features we won’t use. We can easily add users without worrying about expensive switch upgrades. We considered upgrading our aging 3COM IP phone switch by adding digital line cards and DID capability, but decided this upgrade was too expensive on an old system.
