User Support Services
Sling Broadband offers Administrative Support and a Tier 1 Tier 2 Call Center to facilitate ongoing network operations. Administrative Support includes a sophisticated Operational Support System (OSS) for tracking users, reporting on usage, and billing (if applicable). Sling Broadband Wireless Customer Support has been servicing wireless customers for over 5 years. The Sling Broadband Wireless Customer Care team offers customer support via email and toll-free phone in both English and Spanish and is dedicated to providing the best customer service experience possible. In the event that additional support is required, all issues will be funneled through Sling Broadbands Network Operation Center for resolution.
Network Management and Optimization
Sling Broadband Wireless has aligned our support teams with infrastructure views so we can immediately act on any abnormal system behavior, thereby allowing us to identify and resolve problems quickly.
Sling Broadband Wireless proactively monitors your network’s health by providing a single point of contact for your entire infrastructure. We will assist you with all maintenance and software management you might require. We will also report and repair any problems either through your established Sling Broadband point of contact or in coordination with the appropriate third party.

In order to provide a reliable wireless environment, Sling Broadband will perform an RF survey to determine the appropriate placement of equipment, RF signal propagation, and cabling and mounting components. Sling Broadband will also work with our partner cities to identify access to the city’s “vertical assets” (roof-tops, towers, light poles) and supporting electrical connections for deployment of the wireless infrastructure.
User Experience
Sling Broadband will design the look and feel of the initial user experience, based on the unique requirements of the city and the underlying business model. This will ensure a cost-effective, properly managed, and sustainable network.
Deployment Services
From subscriber management and revenue creation to installation, Sling Broadband Wireless Solutions has you covered. In addition to the real-world knowledge within Sling Broadband Wireless, Sling Broadband partners with local resources to cost-effectively cable and install equipment. Sling Broadband Wireless has also developed partnerships with renewable energy providers to accommodate “green” solutions, and to address those locations where traditional power sources are not feasible.
