Q1. Do Martians and UFO's REALLY exist?

Federal government restrictions prevent us from either confirming or denying the existence of Martians, extra-terrestrial life, or the existence of interstellar spacecraft which may or may not have been commandeered by Sling Research & Development engineers in cooperation with the United States government.

Q2. What is your uptime?
Sling Broadband provides our Enterprise customers a Service Level Agreement with a 99.999% uptime guarantee.

Q3. How is your reliability?
Local and Federal agencies utilize our stable and reliable network every day for their mission-critical communications. The Miami-Dade police departments use Sling Broadband's dependable service for everything from background checks to emergency telephone lines. Certain Federal government agencies count on Sling's network for secure communication involving National security and intelligence; however, we are not allowed to disclose which agencies or which services they use.

Q4. How does your technology work?
Sling Broadband's network uses the same technology as interplanetary space travelers, delivering broadband Internet through fixed-wireless antennas that send and receive signals across the vast reaches of the universe.

Q5. What are your actual speeds? I've heard lot's of "up to" talk from other companies.
&T and cable companies share a connection to the Internet with all of their neighbors. Depending on how many people are sharing that connection at any particular time and what they are using it for will dictate how much bandwidth is allocated to each user. Sling Broadband Enterprise customers are guaranteed to receive the exact bandwidth that they subscribed for.You pick the speed you need. Our network is completely scalable to our customer's bandwidth needs. DSL customers from AT&T and cable companies share a connection to the Internet with all of their neighbors. Q6. Does Sling Broadband offer service to my location?
Our coverage areas are constantly being expanded and improved. Please contact us to see if your location is currently covered.

Q7. Do you offer residential service?
Sling Broadband does not currently provide service to individual residential customers; however, we do provide service to entire communities to apartment and condominium building owners and homeowner associations that provide Internet service for their tenants.

Q8. You say you have lower prices, but a competitor had a better introductory price.
Sling Broadband prefers to work on a more ethical level; we don't employ bait-and-switch tactics. We do not believe in selling you on a low introductory rate that is going to go up after a few months. The price you agree to with Sling Broadband today is the rate you will pay going forward.

Q9. Do you provide a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
Yes, we provide a SLA to our Enterprise clients. Some items covered in the SLA are:

> Service Availability Guarantee: Sling Broadband guarantees 99.999% network availability, on an annualized    basis.

> Network Latency: Less than 99ms round-trip delay on Sling Broadband's primary network, and less than 99ms    round-trip delay on Sling Broadband last mile connections.

> Packet Loss: Less than 3% on Sling Broadband primary network.

Q10. How soon can I expect service to be installed after signing up?
In most cases we can have you installed and browsing the Internet within 5 business days from the day we receive your completed Service Order.

Q11. Is there an install fee?
Most installations are free, although sometimes there is an extended run or special installation needed to provide service. We will always inform our customers in advance of any additional costs.

Q12. What's this about a 30-day risk free trial?
Our customers are looking for a good, reliable, competitively-priced telecommunications solution. If we fail to provide the service we agree upon, we will first try to work with the customer to solve any issues. But, if Sling Broadband is not able to solve those issues and it's our fault, then we'll tear the agreement up and the customer is free to investigate another solution.

Q13. Do you offer Referral Incentives?
We fully appreciate our customers and understand there are other choices out there when choosing a telecommunications provider. A majority of our company's growth has come from referrals. We know that an incentive isn't the only reason to refer us, but we currently offer $100 as a thank you the company who referred us, and $100 as a welcome to the new client. (Please see our Referral Offer for details.)

Q14. How does your temporary link service work?
When your organization needs a temporary Internet link for an event, just call Sling Broadband. We will set up the link, monitor it, service it and then take it down when you're done. You're never bothered with trying to engineer a solution--it is all taken care of by the communications experts at Sling.

Q15. Do you have an agent/reseller program?
Yes, we work with some of the largest Master Telecom Agencies in the industry and offer some of the highest payouts. If you are an agent or are looking to resell our services, please feel free to contact us for information on how to sign up.

Q16. Are you a privately held company?
Sling Broadband is privately held, privately funded and privately managed. Martians don't like to share too much information.

Q17. Do you carry voice products?
Sling Broadband offers Internet voice products for organizations from small businesses up to large call centers. We provide the ability for your small business to enjoy the telephone system features usually limited to large companies, and to make a large company sound like an intimate service-oriented business.

Q18. When will my area get service?
We are rapidly expanding our footprint not only regionally but also nationally. Please check with your Sling Broadband Account Manager today to see if you qualify for service. If we can't service your location today we might next month, so please check back soon.

Q19. Are you currently hiring?
Sling Broadband is always looking for qualified, energetic, customer-centric individuals. Send us your resume and if we have a position that matches your skills and experience, one of our managers will be in touch.

Q20. Are there any taxes, fees, or other surcharges I need to pay?
Sling Broadband only charges the taxes, fees or surcharges required by government agencies and these will be disclosed to you in your service agreement. We do not charge a tax on our Internet connection-only product--the price you're quoted is the only price you'll pay.

Q21. What are my payment/billing options?
Payments to Sling Broadband may be made by check, major credit card or ACH direct bank transfer. Contact Sling Broadband for further details on payment and billing options.
